Online Sessions

Welcome to our Online Sessions. These were born out of necessity since we were no longer able to bring you all to our test bakery for 'real life' seminars. However we do think they are a useful resource even in conjunction with face to face seminars, as it means we can run them more frequently. We hope you enjoy these sessions and we plan to continue to create these on a regular basis.

Session 2: Health & Wellbeing

This Health & Wellness session discusses ingredients that can be added to bakery products to boost health. Molly O'Kane, our Product Development & Support Assistant, talks us through research on the benefits of various ingredients. There are some great new ideas for on trend products for the health conscious consumer. Finbar also introduces several reduced sugar mixes, fillings and toppings that will meet the consumers desire to reduce sugar in their diet but still be able to treat themselves.
