This is a complete mix which requires only the addition of water and oil to make a rich, indulgent chocolate cake with a very moist crumb plus real orange pieces forming pockets of fruity juiciness when baked. The mix makes a variety of products including loaf cakes, cupcakes, muffins and traybakes. The batter and baked products are freeze/thaw stable.
