- 1 kg 2 lbs 3 oz kg Macphie Apple & Cinnamon Sensation Mix
- 0.35 L 1.47 cups Water
- 0.27 L 1.134 cups Olympic Vegetable Oil
Apple & Cinnamon Strudel Muffins using Macphie Apple & Cinnamon Sensation
Method
Add Apple & Cinnamon Sensation to a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
On 1st speed slowly add the water and oil and mix for 1 minute.
Scrape down and continue mixing for a further 2minutes on 2nd speed.
Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final 1 minute.
Deposit 120g of batter into petal paper cases on muffin trays – pipe 25g of apple filling into batter.
Bake at 185°C for approximately 35 minutes.
Blend together 100g of Rainbow Vanilla Frosting and 20g Luxury Salted Caramel Filling.
Pipe frosting onto top and decorate with apple filling.
