Powdered Bee-sting and Florentine mix.

Method

  • Bee-sting, Florentines, coconut slices, almond fingers etc. 

    Usage ratio: 2 parts of Bienex 1 part of almonds, nuts etc. 

  • For Florentines:

     Mix the ingredients together and spread into greased rings.

    Baking temperature: 200°C. 

  • For Bee-sting: 

    Spread the nuts on to the dough and using a sieve, spread the Bienex on top. 

    Baking temperature: 200°C. 


  • Quick and easy to use, Versatile in use, good coating for Bee-sting.
