- 5 kg 11 lbs 0 oz kg Macphie Mississippi Muffin/Cake Mix 25kg
- 2.25 L 9.45 cups Water
- 1.1 kg 2 lbs 7 oz kg Olympic Vegetable Oil
- 0.025 kg 0 lbs 1 oz kg Ingram Black Jack Liquid Caramel
- 4 kg 8 lbs 13 oz kg Raisins
- 1 kg 2 lbs 3 oz kg W & B Cherries Natural
- 5 kg 11 lbs 0 oz kg STANDARD Orange River Sultanas
- 0.15 kg 0 lbs 5 oz kg Mixed Spice
Christmas Pudding using Mississippi Muffin Mix
Method
Add water, vegetable oil and colouring to Mississippi Cake Mix in a machine bowl and using a beater, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Scrape down well and beat for approximately 6 minutes on middle speed
Fold in fruit and deposit into either small or large bowls.
Steam for approximately 1 ½ hours (small) 2 ½ hours (large).
