- 1 L 4.2 cups Water
- 1.68 L 7.056 cups Olympic Vegetable Oil
- 1 kg 2 lbs 3 oz kg Toffee nibs, Chocolate chips, etc
Macphie Mississippi Muffin Cake Conc Make Up Instructions
Macphie Mississippi Muffin/Cake Concentrate is a powder concentrate for the production of delicious cake muffins or loaf cakes with an incredibly moist crumb. The batter and baked products are both freeze/thaw stable and when baked, the cakes have a wrapped shelf life of at least 5 days depending on additional ingredients (blueberries etc).
Method
Blend all powders together in a machine bowl.
Add all the liquids to the powders and beat on first speed for 1 minute.
Scrape down.
Mix for a further 6 minutes on 2nd speed.
Blend in any fruit etc until dispersed fully.
Deposit as required.
