- 1.5 L 6.3 cups Golden Syrup
- 2.4 L 10.08 cups Water
- 0.04 kg 0 lbs 1 oz kg Sodium Bicarbonate
- 3.4 kg 7 lbs 8 oz kg AI Embassy Flour
- 3.4 kg 7 lbs 8 oz kg Hutchison Golden Queen Flour
- 0.252 kg 0 lbs 9 oz kg Milk Powder
- 0.252 kg 0 lbs 9 oz kg Baking powder
Syrup Crunch
Method
Cream the sugar, fat, salt and golden syrup for 10 min on 2nd speed.
Add in to the water and sodium bicarbonate on slow speed.
Add in the rest of the ingredients on slow speed then give 1 minute further on 2nd speed.
Pipe out into desired shape and bake at 400F/185C
- To make Sultana Crunch add 1kg sultanas.
